Freeze but Audio Continues Windows 10
Hi Repiru,
I'm Paul, an Independent Advisor. I hope I can help you with your concern.
Let's try to isolate the problem.
A. Try to boot in Safe mode. If the issue doesn't persist in this mode it means that it might be caused by non-Microsoft driver.
To start in Safe Mode.
1. Press the Windows logo key + R.
2. Type msconfig in the Open box and then select OK.
3. Select the Boot tab.
4. Under Boot options, click the Safe boot checkbox.
5. Apply and restart PC.
B. Perform Clean Boot. If the issue doesn't persists in clean boot it means the issue might be caused by non-Microsoft program. Refer to this link.

Let me know the result.
Thanks.

Would it still be advisable to open the laptop in safe mode? There's no specific timing that triggers the error/screen freeze, so do I have to wait for it?

Also, I checked with the windows reliability monitor on the moments that my screen froze. I checked every windows failure error and it all says Hardware Error which is LiveKernelEvent with code 117. Is this enough to determine the cause?

hello! quick update, it still happens. i managed to get a quick recording of what happens (pardon for the quality), and you can see, the screen is already frozen and then a quick black screen pops and then the screen freeze continues.

EDIT: I managed to do it again, and it seems to be happening when I am watching multiple videos (being in a zoom meeting, watching a video on youtube, and watching a clip on my "Movies and TV" app at the same time). This NEVER happens when I am gaming, but only when watching videos online or in my pc
